General Information Only
Website content, calculators, free programs, quiz results, and emails are general fitness and nutrition information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
Health And Safety
Exercise and nutrition changes involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a program is suitable for you. Speak with a GP, physiotherapist, dietitian, or other qualified professional before starting if you have an injury, medical condition, eating disorder history, pregnancy, medication concerns, or any uncertainty about your health.
Results
Testimonials and transformations are examples only. Your results depend on your starting point, adherence, lifestyle, health, sleep, nutrition, training history, and many other factors. No result is guaranteed.
Coaching Services
Paid coaching, app access, inclusions, pricing, billing frequency, minimum terms, cancellations, and refunds should be confirmed before you purchase or start a coaching package. If package information on the website conflicts with written terms provided at checkout or onboarding, the written checkout or onboarding terms apply.
Website Forms And Quiz Results
Submitting a form does not create a client-coach relationship by itself. Questionnaire recommendations are directional and should be reviewed by Josh before you rely on them for a full training or nutrition decision.
Intellectual Property
Website content, free programs, images, copy, and Lifestyle Training materials are owned by Lifestyle Training or used with permission. You may use downloaded resources for personal use only and must not resell, republish, or distribute them without written permission.
